Diner vibes. A breakfast staple. And a family favorite. Clark's rarely disappoints. Every breakfast Americana dish is on the menu. And they prepare them well! The bar and booths are nostalgic and well as clean. The atmosphere is bright, given floor to ceilings windows. Check it out if you're in the downtown area.

This is the quintessential neighborhood diner where everyone knows ur name. Very cute corner location. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is SOOOOOOO GOOOD and plentiful. The pancakes come in a stack of 3 the width of the entire plate. Likely 1 order is enough for 2. We had the blueberry pancakes with whipped cream. Full of blueberries. Great texture, not too thick or thin. The whipped cream melted pretty quickly but nice smooth creamy taste not too sweet 9/10; Nutella pancakes are for the Nutella lovers. Same pancake different topping just as good 9/10; big breakfast comes with your choice of eggs, meat, and pancake or french toast. The French toast was super thick and creamy. So tasty 9/10. This is a must visit while at nyu Tandon or in Brooklyn heights. Great food big portions but the menu is confusing. We wound up paying 30.00 more than expected because of how we ordered. This is likely an issue they have often as the menu isn't clear at all. TIP: GET THE BUG BREAKFAST. Anything else will be ala carte and the price will add up quickly.

Incredible. Wonderful staff, dark red booths, ice, rectangular salt and pepper. Sweet potato fries and veggie burger.

I popped in after the gym last weekend for a quick homestyle breakfast. The owner greeted me quickly and sat me immediately despite they're being a huge wait because I was alone. They offer counter service, which is amazing and reminds me of being back home in the south. The food was absolutely incredible. And, I sincerely wanted to give a five star review; however, I can't help but feel a little slighted having been charged four dollars USD for honey with my pancakes (which was the same price as pure maple syrup). Full disclosure, the owner mentioned the cost of honey going up, but I wasn't able to validate that claim and the amount of honey I received simply could not have constituted that charge. That said, the diner is beautiful, the food is amazing, the crowd was energetic and the young lady walking throughout checking in on everyone is absolutely amazing (I forget her name). I will definitely be back, but I'm bringing my own honey this time!!!

This day is a Mother's Day... I arrived and have a 10 minute wait period, and the hostess and who seem like the manager were awesome about greeting and accommodating us. Standing in the rain waiting for a table has never felt great! Great energy from the staff... are all in smiles and helpful. I like the atmosphere here... it's definitely a cozy vibe. Food is good... this was the best waffle I have ever had in a long time. Glad, I stopped here for Mother's Day! Live, love and laugh! - Sha

Clark's was a very chill vibe. Nothing fancy, but still a good time overall. I would return to try some of the many menu options they have. GLOWS: -Service was efficient and effective -I enjoyed my avocado toast meal - On the way out, I got a corn muffin from the bakery, which was absolutely delicious. The choc chip cookie was too. GROWS: - You cannot get the flavored pancake option in a single pancake. So if you want some flavor, you'll have to get a full order . - The bathrooms are uncomfortably small. It felt like I was in the "chokey" from Matilda. -The tables are very close together. Good for getting in, but there will be some squeezing you'll have to do

Us 4 friends went for brunch on a Sunday at 12pm (Prime brunch time) expected to wait at least 40 mins, but was surprised to just have a 10-15 mins wait. Like any other NYC brunch spot, the tables were a bit too small and not enough space for people to walk around comfortably. But omg the food was delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing brunch. I can't wait to go there again and try more items off their menu!

Breakfast all day, everyday...with drinks (dranks), located in Brooklyn Heights, on the corner of tree line streets on Clark St. and Henry St., within walking distance of the Brooklyn Promenade and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge never disappoints. I like several dishes however my absolute fav is Benedict's & Eggs Avocado which includes poached eggs, English muffin with hollandaise, I add smoked Salmon. My choice of sides for brunch includes Yukon gold fried potatoes always served hot with green peppers and satisfying portions. Prices are modest based on the portions served. Food arrives hot and quickly even during brunch which is their busiest time of day. Did I mention they serve breakfast like all day? Delivery, vegetarian menus, and kids menus are available.

Classy diner that makes you feel like you are dining special, I guess $35 for breakfast does that to you. While classical music subtly plays, you get soft and kind service, but prompt. The portion sizes are plenty for breakfast, the Big Breakfast is certainly a great way to start. Not only that, but everything tastes fresh and hearty. It also helps this restaurant is literally across the street from the 2/3 stop that bears the street and restaurant of the same name. A well deserved 3 for 3.

Shout out to Harry! I called the day before and told Harry that my child is on a special diet and all she wanted for her birthday celebration was to eat at Clark's outside. He said to to call him 30 minutes before we were ready to eat to get a table ready for us the next day. Sure enough, when I called, he not only got a table but suggested we eat inside because of the heat and humidity. Harry reserved a table for us at one of the busiest times of the restaurant and the staff was so nice and accommodated all of our family's requests. Clark's always has great food and today did not disappoint. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. For the vegetarians out there, I highly recommend the walnut salad. It not only looks good but takes amazing!
